Cameroon international footballer Patrick Ekeng has died after collapsing on the pitch playing a first division match yesterday with his Romanian side Dinamo Bucharest. The 26-year old midfielder fell to the ground without any contact with another player in the 70th minute of the game against Viitorul, just seven minutes after coming on as a substitute.Cameroon midfielder Marc-Vivien Foe also died after collapsing on the pitch, during a Confederations Cup match in 2003 against Colombia in France.
