British Prime Minister David Cameron, is to promise that he will cut immigration into Britain to levels last seen in 1980s. In a speech later today, Cameron will argue that significant numbers of migrants are not willing to integrate. The Conservative Prime Minister's tone has concerned his Liberal Democrat coalition allies. But the Immigration Minister Damian Green defended Cameron's viewpoint saying immigrants must learn English.
