<span style="color: #222222;">A call centre to address the grievances of people has been set up in Maharashtra's Chandrapur district in Vidarbha region. The Corona Call centre helps people in providing proper information on quarantining, mental health. It has also helped in resolving the issues of stranded migrant labourers when the county-wide lockdown was imposed in March this year.<br />''<br />''The Corona Call Center was set up by the district administration of Chandrapur in the month of March itself when the Covid-19 induced lockdown was imposed in the country. Since then, it has provided guidance and help by communicating with over one lakh citizens. Initially, the Corona Call Center interacted with the migrant laborers and quarantined persons coming from outside the state and the district to help resolve their problems. Later, the center started counselling of Covid-19 positive patients as well as the people who came in contact with an infected patient. The center has been doing significant work as it gives much needed support to patients who feel demoralised after being infected with Covid-19. Currently, patients undergoing home quarantine too have been contacting this call centre. </span><br />
