Samapti Chattopadhyay in his ruling said that the notice issued by the Civic body is not conforming to the concern rule. Smt. Chattopadhyay directed the Chairman of the Bidhannagar Municipality to issue a fresh notice on the subject within two days. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Mayor Mr. Sabyasachi Dutta moved to the Calcutta High Court challenging the legal validity of the no confidence notice issued against him. The ruling Trinamool Congress run Civic body issued the no trust notice against the Mayor for his alleged anti-party activities.</span>
