In Pakistan, the Cable Operators have halted airing transmission of all the private TV channels for 24-hours from noon today in protest against the raids carried out by Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority. According to the Chairman of the Cable Operations Association, transmission of all the channels has been stopped except – PTV, the state TV.
