The much-talked about reshuffle of Union Council of Ministers will take place tomorrow evening. AIR correspondent quoting official sources, reports that the reshuffle is expected to take place at 5 PM. On Monday Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi met. Both the leaders are understood to have given finishing touches to the proposed changes.
