Union Cabinet will meet tomorrow and is likely recommend lifting of President's rule in Jharkhand to pave the way for formation of a new government on Wednesday. Sources said the formality is necessitated following invitation by Governor K Sankaranaryanan to JMM supremo Shibu Soren to take oath as Chief Minister on Wednesday. <br/>The President has cut short her visit to some southern states and is returning to the national capital tomorrow. 65-year-old Soren, who will become chief minister for the third time, will head a four-party coalition that includes the BJP. The new Soren government, which is taking the BJP support for the first time, will be the seventh coalition set-up in the mineral- rich state since its creation in November 2000. The JMM-led coalition has a support of 44 MLAs in the 81-member Assembly. <br/>Shibu Soren, who is all set to become the next Chief Minister of Jharkhand, today said the new alliance comprising JMM, BJP and AJSU will provide a stable government in the mineral-rich state.<br/>Addressing a joint press conference with BJP president Nitin Gadkari in Mumbai, he said, Jharkhand needs a stable government at this crucial juncture. Mr Soren said, he is aware of the functioning of Gadkari and is confident that the alliance will work well.<br/>He said, while Jharkhand is a mineral-rich state, the people there are poor and only a stable government can help improve the situation.<br/>On his part, Gadkari said all the alliance partners will evolve a common programme for governance in Jharkhand. He said the Soren-led Government will take oath of office on Wednesday.
