Cabinet has given its nod for creation of a single non-lapsable corpus fund for Secondary and Higher education. <br/><br/>All proceeds of Secondary and Higher Education Cess will be credited into this account. The new corpus fund will be known as Madhyamik and Uchchtar Shiksha Kosh, MUSK. <br/><br/>The funds arising from MUSK will be utilised for schemes in education sector, which would be available for benefit of students of secondary and higehr education all over the country.
