<br/>The cabinet today decided to refer the Khap Panchayat issue to a Group of Ministers, GoM. <br/><br/>Briefing reporters after the meeting the Information and Broadcasting Minister Mrs Ambika Soni said that the views of the state government will also be taken on board on the issue which is related to honour killings.
