The Union Cabinet has cleared setting up of Indian Sign Language Research and Training Centre. <br/><br/>It will be initially set up at Institute of Physically Handicapped in Delhi to help five million hearing impaired. <br/>Communication and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said the initiative intends to provide increased accessibility for the hearing impaired in education, at workplace and in public life.
