Cabinet today approved MoU between India and Senegal in the field of Health and Medicine. The Medical Research, Emergency Relief, Traditional Medicine and AIDS Control are the main areas of cooperation under the MoU. <br/><br/>Cabinet was apprised of framework agreement between India and Vietnam on cooperation in the exploration and uses of outer space for peaceful purposes. The agreement was signed on 3rd of September last year.<br/><br/>The agreement will provide impetus to explore newer research activities and application possibilities in the field of remote sensing of the earth, satellite communication, space science and exploration of outer space. <br/><br/>It was also apprised of MoU between India and France in the field of Science, Technology and Innovation. The agreement will ensure exchange of best practices and setting up of coordinated measures to foster technological exchanges.
