Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat today said that Citizenship Amendment Act is not against any citizen of the country. He said that it is a historical decision made by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give Citizenship to the minorities of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh who were persecuted on the religious grounds.
