The bypoll to the Rajya Sabha seat vacated by M Venkaiah Naidu after becoming the vice president of India will be held on 16th next month. <br/><br/>The Election Commission announced this today. <br/><br/>Mr. Naidu was a member of the upper house from Rajasthan. He had resigned as Rajya Sabha member on August 10 while his term was to end on 4th July 2022.<br/><br/>A statement issued by the Election Commission said, the notification for the bypoll will be issued on October 30 and November 6 will be the last date of filing nominations.
