In Jharkhand, the bye-polls for the Jamshedpur Lok Sabha Constituency is under progress. Around 20 per cent of polling has been reported till 11.pm. No untoward incident has been reported so far from anywhere. Despite a 24-hour bandh call given by the Naxals, people in rural areas are coming out in good numbers to cast their votes.
