In Jharkhand, the bye-polls for the Jamshedpur Lok Sabha Constituency is under progress. Around 35 per cent of polling has been reported till 1 pm. No untoward incident has been reported so far from anywhere. AIR correspondent reports, that despite a 24-hour bandh call given by the Naxals, people in rural areas are coming out in good numbers to cast their votes.
