Bye-election to Tura Parliamentary constituency in Meghalaya and seven assembly constituencies spread over five states will be held tomorrow. The assembly constituencies are Godda and Panki in Jharkhand, Talala in Gujarat, Jangipur and Bilari in Uttar Pradesh, Gharadongri in Madhya Pradesh and Palair in Telangana.<br/><br/>The Election commission has deferred the bye-polls in Anantnag assembly seat in Jammu and Kashmir and Kanubari seat in Arunachal Pradesh due to different reasons.<br/><br/>Counting of votes will take place on Thursday. Tura Lok Sabha seat is vacant due to death of Sitting MP and former Speaker P A Sangma.
