The Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced a holiday on Tuesday for Presiding and Polling Officers of four Assembly constituencies of State where by-polls would be held on Monday. <br />'' <br />'' Disclosing this at Chandigarh,  Chief Electoral Officer of Punjab, Dr. S. Karuna Raju said that as per ECI order, the Presiding/Polling Officers will not be treated as absent from their normal duty, if they do not report for their duty on their normal duties on next day of polling day.<br />'' <br />'' <br />''
