In Karnataka the by-elections to the two Assembly constituencies of Gulbarga South and Kadur will be held tomorrow.<br/>About 2.10 lakh eligible electorate in Gulbarga South and 1.77 lakh in Kadur are expected to exercise their franchise.<br/>Gulbarga South constituency has 11 aspirants and Kadur has three. Counting of votes will take place on September 16.<br/>
