<span style="color: #222222;">Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal said that India has achieved another milestone by climbing to the 40th rank in Global Innovation Index from the 81st position in 2015. Mr Goyal was addressing the 117th Annual Session of PhD Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi today. He said, government has focused significantly on ease of doing business and decriminalizing sections of law that have been harassing businesses. Mr Goyal said, businesses should be allowed to flourish with the confidence of a collaborative government.</span><br />
