In China, a vehicle dispatcher at a transport company in the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone hijacked a bus from his company this morning and then drove the bus into people on the road, killing nine and injuring eleven others. <br/><br/>Reports said the 40-year-old man, Zhang Yimin, quarrelled with another dispatcher and then took control of the bus after stabbing him. Three police vehicles were damaged and 4 police officers were injured before Zhang was arrested. The case is under investigation.<br/>
