In China, a bus driver has been sentenced to death in the eastern Jiangsu Province after killing a pedestrian. The Intermediate People's Court of Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu, meted out the capital punishment to 50-year-old Wang Jianqiang for "threatening public security in a dangerous way". He was accused of deliberately steering the bus towards passengers waiting at a bus stop to vent his anger on the bus company. After injuring two passengers, he killed a man on a motorcycle and wrecked a taxi and a sedan.<br/>
