In Ghana, some 20 passengers were killed in early Tuesday morning in a road accident northwest of the capital Accra. Reports reaching Accra said that the tragedy occurred when two buses clashed head on at Offinso.Twenty passengers died on the spot while 42 others were injured, with 8 of them in critical condition.The cause of the accident has not been known but eyewitnesses attributed the account to blurred night vision due to heavy fog in the area. Over 65 passengers were on board the two buses.
