In Lebanon, a bus carrying Syrian workers has come under fire and at least one person has been shot dead. The bus was carrying Syrian labourers along the main highway between northern Lebanon and Syria. Security forces said several workers have also been injured in the attack. The incident took place near an army checkpoint in the Deir Emar district, some five kilometers north of the city of Tripoli.
