In Maharashtra, seventeen passengers were killed on the spot and twenty eight injured when a private luxury bus carrying pilgrims fell into a valley from a road over bridge on Nalganga river on the Nagpur – Mumbai national highway near Tandulwadi in Malkapur taluka of Buldhana district today.They were approaching Shegaon while returning from the Char Dham yatra when the driver of the bus lost control of the vehicle in the wee hours this morning. According to the information received from the police sources, fourteen injured persons have been shifted to the Civil Hospital in Akola for further treatment while the rest of the injured are being treated at the General Hospital at Malkapur.
