The National Investigation Agency, NIA, has arrested a suspected Myanmar national from Hyderabad in connection with the Burdwan blast case. He had been residing in Hyderabad on the basis of alleged fake documents and was arrested by the state police on Sunday following an intelligence tip-off by central security agencies.

This is the seventh arrest made by NIA in connection with Burdwan blast case of 2nd October in West Bengal. Two persons had died inside a house after the Improvised Explosive Device, IED being manufactured by them went off accidentally.
