In Uttar Pradesh, one labour was killed while three other are still under debris when an under-construction building collapsed in the eastern district of Balia district late last night. <br/> <br/>According to police sources, the incident occurred when roof of an under construction church at Hardia Karsi village under Ubhaon police station suddenly collapsed where about forty laborers were working at the site. <br/> <br/>One labour died on the spot while nine other seriously injured. The injured have been admitted in the district hospital. However, it is reported that three laoborers are under debris and rescue operation is on.<br/>
