The West Bengal Chief Minister Mr. Budhadev Bhattarcharjee has ruled out the possibility of advancing assembly polls in the state. Addressing newsmen in Kolkata today, Mr. Bhattarcharjee categorically says that the assembly election in the state will take place in due time in next year. <br/> <br/>Turning down the Trinamool Congress Chief and Railway Minister, Ms. Mamta Banerjee's demand for advancing the poll in October this year. The Chief Minister says that the State Government is only constitutionally authorise to recommend the Centre in this regard. <br/> <br/>Mr. Bhattarcharjee claimed that Ms.Banerjee has no idea on constitutional affair. He said that the left front will fight in coming municipal elections in 81 municipalities including Kolkata Municipal corporation with an aim to expedite the developmental process and to ensure more autonomy to civic bodies.<br/>
