The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, CCEA has approved the proposal for providing Budgetary support of over 70 crore rupees for liquidation of provident fund, gratuity, pension, employment state insurance and bonus and salary from April- June 2010 to loss making Public Sector Enterprises. This will mitigate the hardships of the employees. The CCEA has also approved the proposal to enhance the allocation for special plan for Bihar from one thousand crore to two thousand crore rupees in the next fiscal. It has also decided to extend 1468 crore rupees to the State in the coming financial year. This is based on the enhanced level of cost of all projects.
