Information and Broadcasting Minister M Venkaiah Naidu today said that Budget will promote clean and capable India with a development strategy. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr Naidu said, the budget will boost infrastructure, Railways and Digital Economy. <br/><br/>He also thanked Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for granting infrastructure status to affordable housing. He also applauded Mr Jaitley for helping poor meet aspirations of owning a house through budgetary provisions.
