The Budget session of the West Bengal Assembly begins in Kolkata tomorrow with the address of the Governor Mr. M. K. Narayanan. The State Budget will be placed in the House on 23rd of this month. Our Kolkata correspondent reports that, the session is likely to be stormy one following alleged suicide of farmers at different areas of the state and death of babies in various hospitals. Alleged deterioration of law and order particularly violence at Colleges and Universities centering Student-body Elections will also come up for discussion.
