The Budget Session of the Eighth Sikkim Legislative Assembly will begin in Gangtok tomorrow. The Governor B P Singh will address the session and the Chief Minister Pawan Chamling to move the motion of thanks on his address. The presentation of State budget for the 2012-2013 and the general discussion on it will take place on Tuesday.
