The budget session of Parliament will start on 22nd of February with the General Budget General slated to be presented on 26th. A decision to this effect was taken by the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs. Sources said the Railway Budget 2010-11 will be presented on February 24th.The first phase of the budget session is till March 16th and the second phase will start on April 12th and expected to conclude on May 7th.
