The Budget Session of Parliament is beginning today. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will present the Narendra Modi-led NDA government's maiden budget on Thursday. The Railway Budget will be presented tomorrow and the Economic Survey will be released on Wednesday. The session will conclude on 14th of August and will have 28 sittings.

The government has said it is ready to discuss any issue in Parliament and appealed to the Opposition to cooperate in transacting business in a smooth manner besides maintaining decorum in the House.
