In Nepal , the budget session of the Legislature – Parliament began in Kathmandu today. The Speaker , Chandra Nemwang read out the President , Dr Ram Baran Yadav’s message admist slogan shouting by some members asking for reservation for minorities . After the message, the Speaker adjourned the house till 8th May. Meanwhile , the government has scrapped its decision to bring the budget for the fiscal year 2011-12 before May 28, after the main opposition Nepali Congress and other parties warned to obstruct the sessions if the government does so. A meeting of the top leaders of major three parties UCPN(Maoist), CPN-UML and Nepali Congress at the Constituent Assembly decided to bring the budget after the May 28 deadline for statute drafting.
