The six day's budget session of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly begins from today in the state capital Shillong with customary address by the State governor Dr. R.S. Moosahari. <br/><br/>During this short session the ten month old Meghalaya United Alliance MUA government would present its second budget for the financial year 2010-2011. <br/><br/>This session will have four government working days and two days for private members business.
