The budget session of Kerala Legislative assembly will start tomorrow. Governor Sh. R S Gavai will address the house on the opening day. The state budget for the financial year 2011-12 will be presented on 10th of this month. The last session of the present assembly prior to the upcoming election is likely to be uproarious scenes on issues like lottery controversy and sex racket issue involving a prominent member of the opposition UDF. Thirteen day long session of the Kerala assembly will conclude on 24th of this month.
