<br/>The budget session of Kerala Assembly will begin tomorrow. The Governor Mr R S Gavai will address the house on the opening day. The Speaker Mr K Radhakrishnan has informed that the state budget for 2010-2011 will be presented in the house on 5th March. Apart from the budget eleven ordinance and 54 bills will come up before the house. However, the 24 day session is quite likely to be stormy as the Congress led opposition will rake up issues like rampant land encroachments in Munnar and Wynad and uncertanities in development projects like the smartcity IT project of Kochi.
