The budget session of J&K Legislature Assembly is beginning today with the address of Governor N.N. Vohra to both the Houses. The session is expected to be stormy as the main opposition party BJP and National Panthars Party have planned to raise their voice of protest against a series of issues including return of Kashmiri militants from Pak Occupied Kashmir, Saghir Committee report and discrimination with Jammu, the Peoples Democratic Party has decided to raise Human Rights violations and alleged killings by security forces. <br/><br/>In Madhya Pradesh, the 33 day session will have 17 sittings. Main opposition party Congress is to raise issues like corruption, power cuts in rural area and atrocities against scheduled castes and tribes.<br/><br/>AIR Jaipur correspondent reports that the Budget Session of the Rajasthan Assembly Session will begin with the address of Governor Mrs. Prabha Rao. In Bihar, the month-long session is likely to begin on a stormy note with the the opposition determined to corner the government on many issues, including that of the Speaker Udai Narayan Choudhry openly mustering support for JD(U) sponsored Mahadalit rally.
