Congress President Rahul Gandhi has criticized the budget saying the government is still promising the farmers a fair price of their produce after four years of its rule. <br/><br/>In a tweet, Mr. Gandhi said, budget proposals include fancy schemes with no matching grants. He alleged the government has not been able to provide jobs to the youth. <br/><br/>Earlier, party leader P Chidambaram said, there is no tax relief to the average tax-payer.
