Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram today said that the budget has been prepared without listening to the voice of the ordinary citizens and knowledgeable economists. <br />'' <br />'' Briefing reporters in New Delhi, Mr Chidambaram said, the budget does not disclose the allocations for the schemes like MGNAREGA, Mid-day meal scheme and Healthcare. <br />'' <br />'' He said, the budget also does not disclose the total revenue, total expenditure and fiscal deficit.<br />
