<span style="color: #222222;">Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar has termed the budget as progressive. Talking to media in New Delhi this afternoon, Mr Javadekar said, the budget lays the roadmap to achieve the vision of becoming 5 trillion dollar economy. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, the foreign investment has been facilitated and domestic investment has been incentivised. Mr Javadekar said, it has given more emphasis on infrastructure and rural development. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, the budget also takes care of farmers, youth and women besides increasing the allocations for SC, ST and others disadvantaged sections. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Minister said, no new taxes has been imposed on middle class rather they have been given concession.</span><br />
