In Jammu & Kashmir, the final match of the Captain Sourabh Kalia Memorial LOC Cup Cricket Tournament played at Kaksar at a distance of 2 km from the LOC. In the final, Young DEardi Budgam defeated Sangam Khabu by 9 wickets. This tournament has been started in 2003 by SEWAK Group of Kaksar after the cease fire in 1999 after Kargil War in the Memory of Captain Sourabh Kalia and his 12 member team who laid down their life at Bajrang Post in Kaksar. Later from 2006 SEWAK started to organize the tournament in collaboration of the Army. The participation in this tournament reached to 30 teams from the whole Shingo Valley this year from 5 in 2003.
