The Bahujan Samaj Party has suspended former Minster Awadhpal Singh Yadav from the Party on the disciplinary grounds.BSP state President Swami Prasad Maurya announced this in Lucknow . According to BSP state president the former Minster had resigned voluntary after being indicted by the lokayukta on the disciplinary grounds.However, the party has taken this action against the former Minster after he had filed a writ petition in Allahabad High Court where he stated that he was forced to resign.The state party president charged him that he was trying to malign the party image.The Uttar Pradesh Lokayukta had recommended Awadhpal Singh Yadav's removal from the ministry and lodging of a case against him under the Anti Corruption Act.
