In Uttar Pradesh, the ruling Bahujan Samaj Party on Friday suspended one more sitting MLA Yogendra Sagar from the party on charges of indiscipline. He was elected from Bilsi constituency in Badaun district. A party spokesperson told AIR Lucknow correspondent on Saturday afternoon that the party Supremo Mayawati has suspended him on charges of indiscipline, controversial behaviour and lack of interest in solving the problems of the people from his constituency.Party has already denied his re-nomination as party candidate for forth Assembly elections.Sagar was facing serious allegations of kidnapping and rape of a woman following which a non-bailable warrant was issued against him. AIR correspondent reports that two days earlier BSP leadership had suspended its controversial Jaunpur sitting MP Dhananjay Singh. Party has already suspended former Animal Husbandry Minister Awadhpal Singh Yadav, Haisar Bazar constituency of Sant Kabir Nagar district MLA Dashrath Prasad Chauhan and Hamirpur Sadar MLA Ashok Singh Chandel for their alleged anti party activities. Couple of days earlier party had expelled two of its former MPs including Anand Singh and Kirti Vardhan Singh for their alleged anti party activities.
