BSP has attacked Samajwadi party and BJP over Uttar Pradesh government's decision to withdraw criminal cases pending against Union Minister Ram Shankar Katheria. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, party Chief Mayawati alleged that there is an understanding between the two parties and they are helping each other.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, Ram Shankar Katheria has thanked UP government over the decision. He told media outside Parliament that all the cases against him were related to agitations and dharnas and he has never violated laws. The Minister attacked BSP Chief saying she should keep in mind that it was BJP which had made her Chief Minister twice in UP.
