As part of the Golden Jubilee Year of Border Security Force, the sentinels of Indian borders will be planting more than 4 lakh saplings at its units and head quarters across the country within just 30 minutes, today. The drive will start at 10 AM and will end at 10.30 AM.<br/><br/>Punjab BSF sources told AIR that over 30,000 saplings will be planted at various locations in the state including at Border out Post level.<br/><br/>BSF has already made to the Limca Book of Record by planting over 3 lakh 9 thousand saplings in 30 minutes, last year and would upgrade the record this year. The year long Golden Jubilee celebrations of the force would culminate on December 1, 2015. It was raised in 1965.
