In Punjab, two Pakistani intruders were shot dead by Border Security Force at Naushera Dhalla village near the border. BSF officials told AIR correspondent that fake Indian currency with a face value of 65 lakh rupees was seized from them. They said the duo infiltrated into Indian Territory and reached near the barbed wire fencing at around midnight on Thursday night. When the troops asked them to surrender, they tried to flee, following which they were shot dead.
