In Punjab, Border Security Force today seized 15 kilograms heroin, worth nearly 15 crore rupees, near the Indo-Pakistan border in Khem Karan sector of Tarn Taran district. BSF personnel fired at the Pakistani smugglers after feeling some disturbance near the border. <br/><br/>But, smuggles ran away taking advantage of darkness at 3.15 in the morning. BSF personnel, later, found 15 packets of heroin in a pipe during combing operation.
