Border Security Force, National Skill Development Corporation and National skill Development Fund today signed an MoU in New Delhi. <br/><br/>The agreement aims at providing special skill training to the serving, retiring, retired BSF personnel and family members of serving or retired BSF personnel and martyrs. '<br/><br/>Minister of state for Development and Entrepreneurship Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Minister of state for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju witnessed the exchange of MoU between the officials of BSF, NSDC and NSDF.<br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rudy said, in post independence era, emphasis was given to acquire quality education but no one identified the scope of skill. He said, the Skill Development Ministry was set up to define various skills and the Ministry is working towards creating new jobs in the skill sector. <br/><br/>He said, under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna, this initiative will not only generate possibilities of employment but will also definitely benefit retired, serving, family members of serving and Martyrs of BSF and people living near bordering areas.<br/><br/>Director General, BSF, K.K Sharma said, BSF is committed towards providing an environment where retired personnel could resettle their lives after retirement.
