In Jammu and Kashmir, on the request of Pakistan Rangers, a Commandant-Wing Commander level Flag Meeting was held today between Border Security Force and Pakistan Rangers on International Border in Suchetgarh area of R.S. Pura sector.<br/><br/>BSF sources told AIR that during the meeting, commanders of both the border guarding forces, inter alia, discussed various issues including recent unprovoked firing in Arnia Sector and other routine issues related to border management. <br/><br/>It was decided to re-energize instant communication between field commanders of both the countries whenever required, to resolve the petty matters.<br/><br/>Meeting was held in a cordial, positive and constructive atmosphere and both sides agreed for expeditious implementation of the decisions taken in the earlier meetings and committed to each other to maintain peace and tranquility at International Border.
